Located in Fox Point, this house underwent a complete facade renovation and second story addition, updating the house to the new owners day to day needs and contemporary design style. Two new dormers allowed for the reconfiguration of the second story, which includes a new office, master suite and balcony. New board and batten siding and standing seam roof in dark tones are some of the key elements that transformed this house from traditional to contemporary. In addition, a new deck and three seasons room were added to complete the renovation.
