GCA is excited to revitalize another bungalow-style fire station, this one in the Franklin Heights neighborhood across the street from Shechem. In 2019, we finished transforming the Story Hill Firehouse into an event venue.
Tiffany Hawthorne, owner of Phases Unlimited, a Milwaukee real estate firm, received unanimous approval from the Zoning, Neighborhoods & Development Committee. The Common Council will review the plan next week.
