PEWAUKEE, WI – A major development near one of the village’s busiest intersections will focus on senior living and senior care in a four-story complex featuring 138 apartment units that developers say will tie into the neighborhood.

The Westerly Pewaukee, across from Meadow Creek Market shopping center off Highway 164 just north of Capitol Drive, has begun construction on a 4.7-acre parcel under a partnership with Matter Development, ICAP Development and Koru Health.
