Residential Architecture Project

A Dubuque resident purchased their 1980s bluff home with spectacular views up and down the Mississippi River. The house contained no less than six levels, making one of our staff members remark, "I feel like I'm in a tree house." To begin the design process, we suggested a series of recommendations and alterations that could be made to the home to provide a cohesive outward appearance. We delivered a roadmap of design ideas that the clients could implement in a single project or over time using a phased approach.
