2015 saw the first international GCA planning retreat. In November, we took a long weekend trip up to our northerly neighbor Canada. Québec City was the perfect setting for several days of brainstorming, planning, and looking back on the data from 2015. This was of course accompanied with numerous walking adventures out into the crisp fall weather of Québec City. Highlights of the city were the 16th century fortifications around the city, the Hotel Frontenac, and a local dish called du fromage en flammes or “flaming cheese”. It was amazing and everything that the name suggests.
