Senior Living Community

The One North senior living development consists of 153 units, constituted of a five-story, 240,000-square-foot wing and a one-story memory care unit connected by a common area and courtyard. Sited in the up-and-coming Bayside One North development, this facility will provide much-needed housing for the aging north Milwaukee community. Situated adjacent to a prominent commercial district, the development allows connectivity to plenty of retail while offering amenities like a salon, a theater, a golf simulator, and a rooftop patio. The architecture provides a blend between newer multi-level developments and older one or two-story infrastructure, with the exterior comprised of materials including brick, corrugated metal, and phenolic panels. Some units include private balconies and full kitchens, offering a more independent feel while still providing the safety of 24/7 staffing. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2027.
