Galbraith Carnahan Architects master planned the overall development as well as produced the designs for the townhomes and pocket neighborhood. We took care in creating a comfortable feeling street layout that blended nicely with the surrounding neighborhoods. Hanover Avenue was reconnected through the site as part of the design, which helped the whole development feel like a part of the city rather than a private dead end. On the internal streets, the ratio of townhome height to street width, as well as the materials and cadence of the townhome facades, were carefully studied to foster a very walkable neighborhood.
