Multifamily Housing Architecture

The Water’s Edge project in Sheboygan involved the construction of 10 townhome condominiums on the site of a former lumber yard. The area had been undeveloped for many years due to the poor underlying soils. Engineering a geofoam and shallow concrete mat footing system finally made this development possible. The narrow-through units, with attached garages, provide an attractive, cost-effective housing product in a neighborhood that hasn’t seen new residential development in decades.
