LOCATION: Wauwatosa, WI

We were approached by the owner of this outdated multi-tenant building to both add an elevator for handicap accessibility and to refresh the exterior. The existing mansard roof was removed and replaced by varied color and texture metal panels to create a composition that integrates well with the new elevator and modernized the façade.

The repositioning of the building allowed the owner to bring in a law firm and created a look that was much more consistent with the anchor tenant’s brand, PNC Bank. This is an excellent example of GCA’s creative problem solving ability casting a new forward looking vision while respecting the projects modest budget.
